Had about 8 hours in London where we strolled through parks, had a proper English pint, saw the Palace and took Betsy to see the Rodin statue that I have a photograph of mounted on our walls at home.
The last time I was in London (about 15 years ago) and riding the Underground, at every station stop, there was an announcement to "mind the gap." I was a bit disappointed that on the few rides we had this time, we never heard it.
